Hosting Agreement

You are responsible for all actions under your account, please read these terms and conditions. This contains important information concerning your account and the Web We Weave Acceptable Use Policy.

This agreement represents the complete agreement between Web We Weave and the client, and supersedes any other written or oral agreement. Upon written notice to the client, Web We Weave may, at its sole discretion, modify the acceptable use policy contained in these terms and conditions.

PROVISION OF SERVICES
1. Web We Weave is in the business of providing customers with a presence on the Internet.
2. Web We Weave will provide such services as are set forth at the top of this Agreement, from its employees and on its computing and network services, in exchange for payment of fees and compliance with the terms and conditions of this document as well as compliance with the Web We Weave Acceptable Use Policy
3. Web We Weave makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the services provided to Customer. The Customer agrees to hold harmless and to indemnify Web We Weave, and all of its employees and agents, in respect of all claims and consequences for loss, damage or injury suffered by the Customer or any other person or corporation resulting form either the use by the Customer or nay other person or corporation of the Customer’s Internet Presence, or Web We Weave's network and information services.
4. Web We Weave will provide a maximum storage of 200MB. Additional space is available at an added rate.

TERM AND TERMINATION
1. The term of the Agreement is for the period of one year. At that time the customer can choose to renew the term of Agreement.
2. This Agreement will terminate upon written notice from Web We Weave, in the event of the Customer’s fraud, insolvency, willful misconduct or breach of this agreement, which is not cured within thirty days of notice of such breach.
3. The Customer has the option to cancel this Agreement at any time prior to the expiration of the term of the Agreement. In order to cancel this agreement, the Customer must first pay the entire outstanding balance on its account, including any and all payments due through the expiration of the term of the contract, irregardless of when the Customer chooses to cancel this Agreement.

OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT
1. Any materials that are owned, trademarked, or copyrighted by the Customer prior to this Agreement shall remain the property of the Customer.
2. Any materials that are owned, trademarked, or copyrighted by Web We Weave Enterprises prior to this agreement shall remain the property of Web We Weave Enterprises.

WEB WE WEAVE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
1. The Customer’s Internet presence on the Web We Weave network and computers can only be used for lawful purposes. Any violation of local, state, or federal laws or regulations is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and or material protected by trade secret.
2. The Customer agrees that Web We Weave may take such actions as it deems to prevent any use of Customer’s Internet presence on the Web We Weave network and computers which Web We Weave Enterprises, at its sole discretion, finds objectionable. These actions include, but are not limited to, removal of material from the Customer’s Internet presence from the Web We Weave Enterprises network and computers.
